Writing from the Body with Natalie Sprite
Muscles hold memory and the body doesn’t lie. When we write from our bodies, we reach a deeper, more authentic place in our work.
Our best writing comes from our truest self. Find the story only you can tell. Write from your core. Write into dangerous places. Find the wilder parts of yourself, let that loose on the page and see how your stories start to sing.
Using meditation and literary exercises, we will spend an afternoon playing with the tools that make for potent and muscular writing. This is a hands-on workshop. Bring what you need to write.
