Memoir & Meditation with Natalie Sprite
Writing invites us to b present to the beauty and fragility of our ordinary moments. It gives meaning and weight to our lives.
Spend a morning deepening your writing practice, indulging your senses and celebrating your moments. Give your writing immediacy and sensuality. Discover the tools to become prolific, authentic and effective as a writer.
Using a range of literary and mediation techniques we will move gently through hesitation to find a deeper place from which to write and create work that is powerful, honest and passionate.
