Step into the transformative world of self-expression and creativity in this captivating three-part workshop series.

Part 1 – Unravel (Weds 31 Jan 2024)

Embark on a discovery of self-expression through mindfulness. Explore using art to bring attention to what is present in the body and mind, and harness these discoveries as a springboard for your writing. Whether you’re looking to become “unstuck”, cultivate fresh inspiration, or find beauty in the ordinary, this session will guide you to embrace the richness of the present moment.

Part 2 – Amplify (Weds 7 Feb 2024)

Bring your work-in-progress stories and artworks to life in this session, as each participant shares from an existing project in which they may feel stuck or in need of a new approach. With the help of different artforms, we will unravel your work’s essence, offering fresh perspectives and newfound dimensions to your work. Witness your work expand and evolve as you express your ideas through new modes of creativity.

Part 3 – Connect the Threads (Weds 14 Feb 2024)

Embark on a reflective exploration of your writing practice, nurturing the seeds planted in the previous sessions. Identify potential barriers hindering your creative flow and unlock a treasure trove of ideas for the year ahead. Let art guide your path as you map out how your writing may travel from here.
