In this two-day workshop, you will learn techniques that can be used to develop a story idea from scratch or bring more life to a work in progress, such as a poem, short story, novel or screenplay.

Courtney Collins is a recipient of the Sidney Myer Fellowship for talent and courage in a creative field. Her first novel, The Burial, was shortlisted for numerous prizes in Australia and overseas including the Australian Vogel, the NSW Premier’s Award, the Stella Award and the Indie Pick in the US. The Burial has now been published in eleven countries and is being adapted as a feature film with the support of Screen Australia. Her second novel, The Walkman Mix, is due out in 2017.

DARWIN
